Is this a military style boot camp with a drill sergeant screaming at me?
No you will not be humiliated or yelled at. You will be in a environment where it is safe to challenge your body and mind.
How Long Do The Camps Run?
Generally camps run for four weeks and we take one week off before starting a new camp. Each session is 45 minutes.
How Many Individual Camp Sessions can I attend?
- If you sign up for the unlimited option you can attend as many individual sessions as you like within the 4 week period.
- If you sign up for the 3 day a week option you can attend twelve individual sessions within the 4 week period.
- If you sign up for the 2 day a week option you can attend eight individual sessions within the 4 week period.
What if I have conflicts with the Camp Dates?
Camps are offered seven days a week to give you the widest range of scheduling options. You can mix up your days and times to best fit your schedule. If you find you still have conflicts with some of the camp dates feel free to contact me so we can find the best solution.

What do I need to wear or bring to the Boot Camp?
Camp will be held rain, shine or snow so dress appropriately and in layers. Bring gloves, a hat, water and a towel or mat to lay on the ground .We recommend that you dress with loose fitting or athletic clothing and wear a good pair of athletic shoes. See below for information for severe weather (lightning, temperature below 20 degrees and significant snow accumulation).
What is considered inclement weather?
Yes, we will be outdoors at temperatures above 20°. Camp will be held indoors only if there are unsafe weather conditions i.e. , snow accumulation, ice or temperature in the teens. To the best of my ability, I will inform you 12 hours in advance via email if camp will be held indoors.

Will the camp start on time?
Camp will always start on time. I understand that people are commuting into the city and pressed for time. Furthermore, I expect everyone to be on time, and campers who are late will be subject to extra pushups, laps, etc.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve! We will never push you beyond your means or force you to do anything you do not want to do.
What types of people go to camp?
Some are looking to lose weight and others are looking to improve in sports. Whatever their goals, they’re just like you, motivated, smart and most of all, result oriented. All levels are welcome from beginners to advanced.
What is a typical day like at camp?
First and foremost you will always have fun! You will work in groups of two or three working on every major body part doing cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises. Some of the equipment and exercises will be light running, weight training, resistance bands, obstacle courses, ab/core training, jumping rope, calisthenics, stretches and yoga.
How where do camps meet?
We will meet in Memorial Park between Baker St. and Oakview St. in front of the train station on Dunell Road (map). Parking is available in the library parking lot or on Oakview Ave. with a permit.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 sizes within the first camp . Remember, everyone is different!
What will I do after camp is over?
Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second, third and even a forth camp.
