9 Rep Ladder

These are the results of the 9 rep ladder routine we did. Below you will find the names and times of campers that finished the exercises first. Each of the first place finishers completed 45 repetitions of each exercises. During this routine the campers started off with a warm up and then a 1/4 mile jog. We did 2 exercises followed by the 1/4 mile run. We didn’t do as many exercises as in the past because of the runs.
