Jumping Jacks 15x
Side Lunges 10x
Sun Salutation 2x

2)300
Yard Sprints

Cherry
Pickers
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Side Shuffle

3) Reverse Pyramids

Sprint
30 yards,
· 10 Burpees/squat thrust w/push up

Sprint 30 yards
· 10 side lunges

Sprint 30 yards
· Squat Jumps

Then 9, 8, 7 etc all the way down to 1 rep of each.
