Boot Camp Light Week 4 Day 2

These are the results of the first day of my 2 times a week Indoor camp at the South Orange recreation center.

After our warm up the push ups and crunches were done for 60 seconds each and the repetitions were recorded below.

The circuit was 5 exercises

  1. Bicep Curl Overhead Press
  2. Squats
  3. Side Step lateral Raise
  4. Lunges
  5. Hip Lifts

The 5 exercises were done for 60 seconds each. The total reps were recorded in the circuit column.
